Cindy represents individuals and businesses, helping them solve problems related to civil disputes and criminal charges. Cindy has over a decade of experience practicing as a trial lawyer and works hard for each client to give them the individual service and support only a small firm can provide. Cindy is familiar with both state and federal courts, both felony and misdemeanor charges, and both business and individual challenges.
Attorney Elaine Levine represents individuals, married couples and same-sex partners as they make their end-of-life decisions, as well as estate representatives in probate matters after the death of a loved person. Together, Elaine and her clients work to protect children and grandchildren with appropriate guardians and trusts, as well as to minimize the obstacles, difficulties, and financial burdens associated with aging and death. By documenting each person’s expectations and desires, Elaine strives to ensure smooth transitions in times of accidents, stress, decline and death.

Lauren Marlow, a Georgia native, utilizes her experience and resourcefulness to provide practical legal solutions to businesses at all stages of development as well as guide individuals and families through the estate planning and asset protection planning process. Lauren routinely works with small to mid-sized businesses, family-owned businesses, as well as individuals who are “making the leap” with their new business ventures. In addition, Lauren assists new and growing families put the proper planning in place so that they and their loved ones are better prepared when the unexpected arises.
